Filling Valves:

Filling valve is a hydraulic oil pressure operated valve installed in the water filling line of the steel tube hydro-testers. When closed it is designed to hold water pressure developed inside the tube without any leakages.
Available Sizes : 3 inches, 4 inches and 5 inches
Working Pressure : 70 Bar to 600 Bar

Filling Valve

De-aireating Valves:

De-aireating Valves hydraulic actuated valves installed on opposite sides of filling valves to let the air inside the tube be released to atmosphere during filling of the tube with water. When in a closed position they hold the pressure developed inside the tube without allowing any leakages. These are available in line and offline designs:

Testing Head Cylinders:

These are specially designed cylinders for tube hydro-testing machines. These are follow from inside to allow the water to flow through them to the steel tube to be tested. The design is such that on one side the filling valve and on the other side pipe head can be mounted easily. These are mounted on fixed as well as moving heads of the hydro-tester.

Hydraulic Pressure Intensifiers:

Hydraulic Pressure Intensifiers are specially designed hydraulic equipment used to intensify the normal water pressure (generally 1-3 Bar) inside the steel tube to desired test pressure (up to 550 Bar) within 2-5 seconds.
